Many
of us stand waiting for a touch from God. We
cry out from the very core of
our souls, "touch me,
Jesus!" but let me ask you this-What will it take, and how long will you wait before you stretch forth to touch HIM? Like the woman with the issue of blood, can you get the Lord's attention with YOUR faith and your worship? There was something beyond "need" That urged her to pursue Christ. There was something that superseded desperation that caused Jesus to feel virtue leaving him. That touch was not just a physical one-it was a touch of faith, of trust, of worship. That is my point today. With our sacrifice of praise;as we worship in spirit and in truth; in our diligent pursuit of God's presence founded on who he is and not just on what we need from him, is how we "touch" God..and oh what a powerful touch it is when he touches back! Unlike with man, You'll never have to worry about being rejected when you reach for The Lord. You'll never be told, "no", "don't" , "stop" , or "not right now" as you seek to be in his presence. How marvelous is that? So I encourage you today family, to not merely wait to be touched by God to change your condition, situation, or environment- press beyond the crowds, the chaos, the circumstance, and touch HIM! I want to challenge your thinking with this Thought:
